In 2009 , Mohammad Shayegan founded the company Persian Tejarat Erfan , first in order to import meat to Iran and compensate for the lack of meat in the country , and then , given the availability of quality agricultural products in Iran , such as dried fruits and saffron, he began to export these products and exported the first container of pistachios to India, and also began exporting Melairra raisins to Ukraine .

After studying the resources of Ukraine for bilateral trade with Iran , he found that the country has huge forest resources and produces boards from different types of pine : This was the reason for founding a company and building a plant for the production of boards in Ukraine . In addition to Iran, he began exporting to Iraq, thus forming an import and export cycle between Iran and Ukraine and even third countries ( Iraq and Russia ) . And bearing in mind that Iranian banks were under sanctions, he was able to find a better and easier way to return the currency to Iran.
